Warranty Information
Return Policy: All "Screen Door and Screen Door Hardware" Products:
We depend on our customers to fully consider their purchases, finishing instructions, installation instructions, and our warranty before purchasing and within the 15 day period.

Any custom size, trimmed, "One of a Kind" or custom designed doors may not be returned for credit.

Any standard size, un-altered, un-finished screen door or screen door hardware item may be returned for credit within 15 days after the date of receipt.

  • Customer is responsible for fully insuring the product and return freight charges.
  • The product must be complete and in it's original packaging.

This return policy is compatible with our Limited "Satisfaction Guarantee" Warranty. We do everything in our power to prevent you from having an un-pleasant experience with our products. We send our warranty and finishing instructions with every door and have a link to our warranty on our website. This warranty information is part of the check out procedure and is “Agreed to” or Disagreed to” at the time of purchase.

Warped or Cracked Panels: If damage occurs within 1 year of your date of purchase, we respectfully ask that you ship your warped or cracked panels to us for review. We will evaluate the damage and determine if our finishing and installation recommendations have been followed and in the timely manner of 14 days after receipt of the product. If we can ascertain the panel was finished and installed properly, we will at our option, repair or replace the damaged panel, and ship it back to you promptly.

If we determine your panel was not finished in a timely fashion ("within 14 days of receipt"), or not finished according to our recommendations (See: Finish your custom wood door), we will contact you with the following options:

  1. We will return the damaged panel back to you as is.
  2. Repair the panel to the best of our ability. Charging you for the repair and return freight.
  3. Replace the damaged panel at our standard replacement panel cost of $90. If your panel was returned within 1 year, but failed our review, we will replace it at our physical cost, currently $30 plus shipping.

Damaged Goods: "All Products": All our products are shipped to you fully insured. Inspect your shipment for defects or concealed damage at the time of delivery, and report any problems within 3 business days of receipt to qualify for any shipping related claims. At our option, we will repair, replace or refund the purchaser up to the original price paid for the item or items.
The same return shipping method and service type is required. For example; if we shipped a package, containing a single item, "FedEx Ground" the return packaging, package service, declared value, weight and shipping method should be the same as that on the original Airbill or Bill of Lading. In the event several items were shipped but a lesser amount or weight is returned, you will need to suitably package the item, and we will provide the Airbill or Bill of lading containing the appropriate return shipping information.
All of the original cartons, packing and contents must be made available for inspection. We reserve the right to pick up salvage on damaged claims when we pay full value.
All right to damages against us under any cause of action arising from "Warranty" Return Policy or Damaged Goods claims shall be extinguished unless your return notice or shipping related damage claim is received by us no later than 15 days after the date of delivery.
Note:  When phone notices or claims are made, a control number confirms the date of your request/inquiry. You must retain and use this number when inquiring about the claim or following up on it whether by legal action or otherwise.
